Call. Assess.
Confirm the work.
Each situation is evaluated individually. We’ll discuss the damage, location, and access before confirming the proposed emergency service.
- Call with your location. Describe the damage and affected openings.
- Share the details. Photos, approximate opening sizes, and access information help us assess the work.
- Review the estimate. Scope, availability, and applicable charges are confirmed before dispatch.
- Plan the replacement. Temporary board-up protects the opening while permanent glazing is arranged separately.
Quoted for the
conditions at your property.
Emergency work is quoted individually. Size, cleanup, materials, access, travel, and the time of service all affect the scope and estimate.
Minimum payment is secured before dispatch, along with authorization acknowledging potential additional charges. Any additional work depends on the conditions encountered and the agreed service terms.
What affects the estimate?
The size and number of damaged openings, the extent of glass removal and cleanup, board-up materials, accessibility, travel, and whether service is requested during business hours, after hours, weekends, or holidays.
What about large or elevated openings?
Openings larger than 4 × 8 feet, upper-floor locations, difficult access, and specialized equipment requirements need additional evaluation. Service depends on safe access and the equipment available.
Is glass replacement included?
Emergency removal, cleanup, and board-up are temporary services. Permanent glass replacement is evaluated and quoted separately.
